Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on all orders above ₹999.
• A flat ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
• Metro cities: typically 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically 5–8 business days from dispatch.
• Tracking details are sent by email and SMS once the shipment leaves our facility.

Cash on Delivery

• Available on orders below ₹5,000.
• Available on serviceable PIN codes only. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please check your address and PIN code before placing the order. We can amend an address only before dispatch. Write to support@aeriq.in as soon as possible.

Returns

The Window

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

• Unused and unwashed.
• All original tags, labels and packaging intact.
• No odour, stains, or signs of wear.

How to Start a Return

Email support@aeriq.in with your order number and reason, or WhatsApp +91 98721 57229. We arrange a reverse pickup where the PIN code is serviceable. Where it is not, we reimburse reasonable return courier costs against a receipt.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued once the item passes quality inspection at our facility.
• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
• COD orders: refunded by bank transfer to details you provide, within 5–7 business days of inspection.
• Original delivery charges, where paid, are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free within 7 days, subject to stock. If the replacement size is unavailable we issue a full refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We cover all costs and prioritise the replacement.

Not Returnable

• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
• Items returned outside the 7-day window.
• Items returned washed, worn, altered, or without tags.
