This policy explains what AERIQ collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who We Are

AERIQ is a premium performance sportswear brand operating from India. For any privacy question, write to support@aeriq.in.

What We Collect

• Order information. Name, delivery address, email, mobile number, and order contents.
• Communication. Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
• Marketing consent. Your email address if you join AERIQ Club.
• Technical data. Basic information your browser sends, such as device type and approximate region, used to keep the site working and secure.

What We Never Collect

We never see, handle or store your card details. When you pay online, card and UPI credentials are entered directly on our payment provider's encrypted page. That data goes from your browser to the payment provider and never passes through AERIQ systems.

Why We Collect It

• To process, pack, ship and track your order.
• To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To answer your questions.
• To send Club emails, only if you asked for them.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations.

Who We Share It With

Only those who need it to fulfil your order:

• Logistics partners — name, address and phone, so they can deliver.
• Payment provider — to process and verify payment.
• Email provider — to send order and Club emails.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not trade it for advertising.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are retained as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for two years and then deleted.

How We Protect It

• The entire site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Any attempt to reach it over plain HTTP is redirected.
• HTTP Strict Transport Security is enforced, so browsers refuse an unencrypted connection.
• A Content Security Policy restricts what may execute on the page.
• Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to do their job.
• Payment credentials never touch our infrastructure.

Your Rights

You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to support@aeriq.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses browser storage to remember the contents of your cart between pages. That information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, notify Club members by email.
